Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chai Namibia! Below is everything you need to know about our delivery options, shipping costs, timelines, and terms.

1. Delivery Options

We currently offer the following delivery methods:

  • Courier Delivery (Nationwide – Namibia):
    Convenient door-to-door delivery to your home or office anywhere in Namibia.

  • Self-Collection (Windhoek only):
    Prefer to collect your order? You’re welcome to pick it up from our collection point in Windhoek. Please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time.

Collection Hours:
📍 Tuesday to Friday
🕒 11:00 – 17:00

2. Delivery Costs

🚚 Within Windhoek

  • FREE for all orders over N$500

  • FREE if you collect your package from our Windhoek location

  • Orders under N$500 incur the following delivery fees:

    • N$35 for orders up to N$250

    • N$25 for orders from N$251 – N$375

    • N$15 for orders from N$376 – N$450

    • N$10 for orders from N$451 – N$500

🌍 Rest of Namibia

Orders over N$2,000

  • FREE shipping (for packages under 12kg)

  • Orders above N$500 receive a N$20 discount on shipping

Standard Rates (for orders above N$500):

  • N$60 for packages up to 2kg

  • N$90 for packages 2kg – 4kg

  • N$120 for packages 4kg – 7kg

  • N$150 for packages 7kg – 9kg

  • N$180 for packages 9kg – 12kg

  • N$220 for packages 12kg – 15kg

  • N$270 for packages 15kg and above

Rates for Orders below N$500:

  • N$80 for packages up to 2kg

  • N$110 for packages 2kg – 4kg

  • N$140 for packages 4kg – 7kg

  • N$170 for packages 7kg – 9kg

  • N$200 for packages 9kg – 12kg

  • N$240 for packages 12kg – 15kg

  • N$290 for packages 15kg and above

3. Important Notes

  • We only deliver to valid street addresses within Namibia.
    No PO Boxes allowed.

  • Deliveries are made during business hours only – no weekends or public holidays.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of purchase.

  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
