Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Chai Namibia! If you experience any issues with a product, please contact us as soon as possible. Each case is assessed individually, and we aim to resolve matters quickly and fairly. Below is our general returns and refunds policy.


Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Exchange for another item of the same value
  • Gift voucher equal to the original purchase amount
  • Refund via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund total.

Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
