Electric Breast Pump Warranty
At Chai Namibia, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you purchase an electric breast pump from us or one of our authorized distributors or retailers, you are entitled to a 6-month exchange warranty for any manufacturing defects—provided the product is used as intended and according to the manual and maintenance guidelines.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will either replace the product or the faulty part(s). If the item or part is unavailable, you may choose to wait, request a refund, or receive a substitute. While the overall warranty period isn’t extended, any replaced part will carry a 90-day warranty, and full product replacements will reset the 6-month warranty.
How to Claim Your Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim, contact the retailer or distributor where you made your purchase. You'll need to provide:
- The original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt showing date and invoice number)
- A description of the defect, including when it was noticed
- Photos or videos of the issue, if possible
All return shipping is at the customer’s own risk and cost.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, overloading, incorrect voltage, or neglect
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., online marketplaces, auctions)
- Used or second-hand items without valid proof of purchase
- Damage caused by third-party accessories
- Repairs, modifications, or transport damage not handled by Chai Namibia
Improper use or failure to follow the manual will void the warranty.
