How do delivery and collection work?
We deliver across Namibia and offer free delivery in Windhoek for orders over N$800. You can also collect your order in Windhoek (Tuesday to Friday, 11:00–17:00). See our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery costs and conditions.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2 working days. Delivery in Windhoek typically takes 1–2 days, while the rest of Namibia may take 2–5 days. You’ll receive tracking info via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You have 7 days to return unused items in their original condition. Exchanges and refunds can be arranged once we receive the product. See our Refund Policy for more information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
