Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you experience any issues with our products, please contact us right away. We assess each case individually and aim to resolve matters quickly and fairly. The following serves as a general guideline.


Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you can choose one of the following:

  • Exchange for another item of the same value

  • Receive a gift voucher equal to the value of your original purchase

  • Request a refund via EFT (electronic funds transfer)


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us and we will arrange the process.

  • You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Tip: For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
