1. Delivery options are:

Courier within Namibia – We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in Namibia.
Collect – You can choose to collect from us in Windhoek on specific days, just contact us beforehand to arrange the collection with us.
Self-collection hours: Only Tuesdays & Thursdays - Time: 09:00 to 13:00
 

2. Delivery costs are:

  • FREE for ALL orders ABOVE N$425 within Windhoek
  • FREE if you COLLECT the package yourself in Windhoek
  • N$35 for ALL orders BELOW N$175 within Windhoek
  • N$25 for ALL orders BETWEEN N$175 - N$250 within Windhoek
  • N$15 for ALL orders BETWEEN N$250 - N$325 within Windhoek
  • N$10 for ALL orders BETWEEN N$325 - N$425 within Windhoek

REST OF NAMIBIA

Orders ABOVE N$2,000 - GET FREE SHIPPING

  • FREE for ALL orders ABOVE N$2,000
Orders ABOVE N$300 - SAVE N$20 on shipping
  • N$60 countrywide for packages up to 2kg
  • N$70 countrywide for packages 2kg to 7kg
  • N$110 countrywide for packages 7kg to 9kg
  • N$160 countrywide for packages 9kg to 12kg
  • N$200 countrywide for packages 12kg to 15kg
  • N$250 countrywide for packages 15kg and above

Orders BELOW N$300

  • N$80 countrywide for packages up to 2kg
  • N$90 countrywide for packages 2kg to 7kg
  • N$130 countrywide for packages 7kg to 9kg
  • N$180 countrywide for packages 9kg to 12kg
  • N$220 countrywide for packages 12kg to 15kg
  • N$270 countrywide for packages 15kg and above

    3. Chai Namibia only delivers to street addresses and we only deliver during business hours (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly.
    4. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days
    5. Once we’ve dispatched your order, we will send you an e-mail or SMS with tracking details.

    Refund policy:

    PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR ISSUES WITH ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE WANT TO SERVE OUR CLIENTS THE BEST WE CAN AND WILL EVALUATE EACH CASE ON ITS OWN BASIS. BELOW IS JUST GUIDELINES.

    RETURNS 
    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    REFUNDS (if applicable) 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If you are approved, then you will be allowed to exchange the product(s) for any other product(s) of the same value or request a gift voucher to the value of the product(s) you purchased or we can also refund the value of your purchase by EFT.
    EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will organize the exchange for you.
    SHIPPING 
    To return your product, you should send your product to: 96 Hebron Street, Elishenheim, Windhoek, Namibia
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    We advise that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
